Mushroom & Bacon Risotto
Smooth, rich, and creamy rice dish with variation flavor
Ingredients-
Garlic,
Onion,
Bacon,
any kinds of mushroom,
green soybean,
dried tomato (or fresh tomato),
cooking cream,
chicken broth,
butter,
olive oil,
balck pepper
You can use chicken, shrimp, or vaggie (like zucchini)
Don't add cream to make it lighter
Or even change to tomato-based sauce
How To Make-
1. peel garlic and chop
2. chop onion, fresh tomato (peeled), and bacon in small pieces (remeber to leave some slices of bacon for dressing)
3. Heat olive oil and butter (butter can increase flavor, or use olive oil only), stir fired garlic and bacon until smelling
4. Heat another pan with olive oil and butter (optional), stir fired onion first until trnder, then mushrooms, stir to tender
5. Put garlic and bacon in second pan, and add green soybean and rice
6. Add samll amount chicken broth and cooking cream to cook rice, and repeat the step until desired rice tenderness
7. Pan fired slice bacon until crispy, put 2 slice of bacons on the top of risotto
