Italian Roasted Veggie
Tasty and healthy side dish with wonderful vegetables!!!
Ingrediants-
Asparagus,
Red onion,
Zucchini,
Sweet red peppers,
Olive oil,
Balsamic,
Salt,
Black pepper,
Italian seasoning,
Basil
How To Make-
1. Slice veggies in similar size, around 5cm
2. Put everything on a backing oven pan
3. season with salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic, and italian seasoning, and basil (depends on your taste, adjust amount to desired taste)
